Brief Biography

Festus was certified as a Professional Teacher with the Ghana Education Service from the Ahmadiyya Teacher Training College, Wa. Festus had work as a teacher for so many years before joining the Regent fraternity. He had contributed enormously in the transformation of the University Practice School at U.EW, (North Campus) as well as the transformation of a whole rural School into an urban competitor in the Upper Denkyira Disrict.  He had also worked as a Resource Person at the Special Education Department of the University of Education, Winneba (Educations of the Visually Impaired Unit).Mr. Otabil has also experience in the British ethnocentric HR system and dealing with diversity at the workplace. Not all, He had also acted as recruitment consultant to a number of academic institutions notably, the Greenhills Institute of health sciences at Mallam in Accra. His favorite hobbies include playing football and researching on issues of cultural diversity
