The Very Rev. Dr. Dominic Sylvester Dadzie has been appointed the acting Dean of the Regent School of Theology, Ministry, and Human Development (RSTMHD). His appointment took effect from March 1, 2012.
A product of the Trinity Theological Seminary at Legon, Accra, he obtained a BA degree in the Study of Religions and Psychology from the University of Ghana, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from the University of Cape Coast.
Very Rev. Dr. Dadzie received an MA in International Affairs from Ohio University and a Doctoral degree in Educational Studies with emphasis on Moral and Ethical Leadership and Qualitative Research in Health Communication at the same University.
Programmes handled by Rev. Dr. Dadzie include Leadership and Business Ethics; Leadership and Democracy; Interpersonal Skills of Leadership; Leadership: Theories and Philosophies for Leading; Public School Management; Aims and Principles of Education; and Christian Education. He taught Education and Cultural Diversity at Ohio University, and has twenty-one years of teaching experience to his credit.
His publications include Cost Sharing And Equity In Higher Education: Experiences of Selected Ghanaian Students, published in Saarbrucken, Germany by LAP Lambert Academic Publishing AG & Co K.G.
