Dr. Malcalm is an experienced Online Instructor and course developer. Dr. Malcalm joined Regent University College in October 2012. He has designed and managed successful collaborative online courses for students and teachers in Ghana and in the USA.
Dr. Malcalm is an astute professional Development Trainer. He has worked as Supervisor Scorer with the American Institute for Research (Columbus Branch).
Dr. Malcalm holds a Ph.D in Instructional Technology and M.A in International Affairs (Communication and Development) both from Ohio University, USA. He also holds another M.A in Population Studies from the University of Ghana, Legon. His first degree was in Publishing Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.
Dr Malcalm is a member of the International Journal of Education and Development Using Information and Communication Technology (IJEDICT), Society for Information Technology and Teacher EDUCAITON (SITE), International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), Executive Member of Ghana Information Knowledge Sharing Network, International Education and Resource Network, Member of Global Teenager Project Country Coordinators Network and Member of American Research Association.
