On August 16, 2023, officials from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, paid a courtesy call on the management of Regent University College of Science and Technology in Accra.

The delegation included KNUST’s Vice Chancellor, Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson, the Registrar, Mr. Andrews Kwesi Boateng, and Staff of the KNUST Affiliations Office and Institute of Distance Learning (IDL).

The visit to the Regent Campus in McCarthy Hill was part of a week-long official working visit to KNUST Affiliate Institutions in the Greater Accra Region. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen ties and deepen affiliation between both institutions.

The KNUST delegation met with management and some staff of Regent University College including Regent’s President, Nana Yaw Boadi Appiah, the Vice President, Dr. Daniel Adjin, the Registrar, Mr. Benjamin Zogbator, the Dean of the School of Business, Leadership and Legal Studies, Dr. George Faah, the Dean of Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Prof. Desmond Ayim-Aboagye, faculty member of the department of psychology, Dr. Evelyn Owusu, and the Deputy Registrar, Administration and Human Resource, Mr. Samuel-Ayeh Bampoe.
