Regent holds 17th Graduation Ceremony

Regent University College of Science and Technology held its 17th Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the forecourt of the Regent campus in McCarthy Hill.

The auspicious ceremony brought together members of the University Council, government officials, clergy, parents, family and friends of the graduating class.

Also in attendance were management, staff and students of the University, alumni, friends of the University, representatives of affiliate institutions and professional bodies.

The ceremony was centered on the theme, “STEM Education and Global Partnerships: Driving Africa’s Resurgence in National Development.”

The keynote speaker for the 17th Graduation Ceremony was the Minister for Education of Ghana, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum.

The University also had the honour of having the Second Lady of Ghana, H.E. Samira Bawumia, gracing the occasion.

In all, 233 graduands completed various undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes at Regent University College of Science and Technology.

Members of the graduating class that had distinguished themselves in their academics were presented with awards.
