About Mr. Benjamin Zogbator

Benjamin Zogbator is a seasoned educationist and university administrator with an impressive academic and professional background. He holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development and a Professional Diploma in Education, which have provided him with a solid foundation for leadership and expertise in organizational and educational settings.

His career began in secondary school administration, where he honed his skills in managing academic and operational activities. Building on this experience, he transitioned to higher education administration, taking on pivotal roles that have significantly shaped institutional growth.

As the Director of the University’s Language Centre, he spearheaded initiatives to enhance academic support services, notably establishing and managing the Writing Centre, which has since become a cornerstone for fostering academic excellence. Subsequently, he was appointed Deputy Registrar in charge of Human Resources, where he championed progressive policies and practices to improve staff performance, engagement, and organizational culture.

Currently serving as the University Registrar, Benjamin plays a critical role in overseeing the institution’s administrative functions and ensuring operational efficiency. He is deeply committed to staff development, with a particular focus on mentoring and empowering younger staff to achieve their potential and contribute meaningfully to the university’s mission.
